NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

With 50 years experience offering Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and allied inspection services, we deliver extremely high quality services to a broad range of industries and cover all forms of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including NDT Consultancy and Level 3 Services. Following a recent A.D.I.P.S. registration, we are now able to offer N.D.T. for Amusement & Fairground Rides throughout the U.K, utilising our experienced inspectors.

WELDING SURVEILIANCE

As a UKAS Accredited Third Party Organisation, our International Welding Technologist and Welding Specialist provide Welding Surveillance for Welding Procedure Qualification and Welder Qualification Tests. Our Inspectors are Qualified and Registered with CSWIP and have a vast experience and knowledge in welding. Welder training is also offered at our facility or on-site, along with RWC training.

MECHANICAL TESTING

At our Welding Technology facility our CSWIP qualified inspectors perform Hardness surveys, Fracture tests, Macro examinations, and Bend tests to BS EN ISO 15614, BS EN ISO 15613, BS 4872, BS EN ISO 9606, BS EN 14732, BS ISO 24394 and ASME IX. Now with ISO 17025 UKAS Accreditation we can offer a quick, efficient turnaround.

Qualified Team

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) projects are overseen by our NDT Level 3 personnel who are responsible for the running of projects, reviewing procedures, writing technique sheets and providing on-site support through-out. Our IIW Welding Technologist is experienced in Welding Procedure documentation review, against industry standards including structural steelwork and pressure systems.

Extensively Accredited

We are now a B.E.I.S. Appointed Body and Recognised Third Party Organisation under the Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulation 2016, and UKAS Accredited Type A Inspection Body.
