Ultramag carries out Ultrasonic Thickness Surveys to ships, barges, boats, and marine structures, including tankers, bulk carriers and MOD ships; on steel, aluminium, GRP and Carbon Fibres.
The Ultrasonic Thickness Surveys can be performed in dry dock or at sea, using multiple echo thickness meters and digital flaw detectors. As well as thickness measurements, NDT is also carried out as required. Work is undertaken both nationally and internationally.
